yea u sit down in a warm bath filled with salt and just sit in it for a half hour.
you can order preparation H online. that’s what i did. i order it from walgreens.com cuz too embarrass to go to market and buys it.

Too much sitting exacerbates the problem. That happened to my friend. He had a stand-up job for a long time, then his job was driving a van all day. They came back with vengeance. Surgery doesn’t really help. My grandma had 5 kids & a ton of other surgeries & she said it was the most painful surgery she ever had & would never do it again! There’s wipes that you can use that I think that contain vinegar. Talk to the pharmacist on the name. Good luck.
